Together with a strong global team, you’ll oversee INNIO’s Global HR Learning Development Academy, contributing to the design and implementation of programs, leadership development initiatives, and learning technologies while collaborating with your HR colleagues and business leaders to align with organizational goals and culture.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the global HR Learning Development Academy, ensuring it offers comprehensive and relevant programs to grow our talent
  • Shape and structure global program offerings, delivery formats, and coordinate across functions to ensure seamless implementation supporting future-ready capabilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and coordinate external training and development vendors to deliver high-quality programs
  • Ensure alignment between training programs and the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure learning programs align with strategic business goals and culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline learning processes, leveraging AI-supported tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with best practices
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Learning & Development initiatives to measure effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Be you! Being someone else all day is just exhausting

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record of growing professional level talent or corporate learning
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing global learning programs
  • Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
  • Passion for and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights, design global processes and work with state of the art (IT) tools
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Be proactive, we move to fast to be reactive
  • Enthusiastic team player who likes to help shape things and make the impossible possible
